Elliott Moon is the founder of Moon Development Group, a boutique consulting and coaching practice helping leaders and teams grow in clarity, trust, and performance. With executive coach training and AIIR certification, Elliott is also a Master Facilitator and Consultant with Patrick Lencioni’s Table Group, specializing in The Working Genius model. With more than 20 years of experience leading teams and guiding organizations through change, he brings practical insight, humor, and heart to every engagement. A sociology graduate of Samford University, Elliott lives north of Atlanta.

Robinson

Dr. Matthew Robinson helps leaders and teams simplify complexity so they can focus on what matters most. With experience as a college professor, executive coach, administrator, and nonprofit leader, he brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical leadership expertise to every engagement. Known for his clear thinking and relational approach, Matthew partners with organizations to foster alignment, communication, and sustainable growth. A lifelong Floridian, he lives in Orlando with his wife, Rachel, and their two daughters.

Rosado

Robin Rosado has been in the golf industry for over 15 years. After playing college golf, he turned professional, then became the head professional of a club. He also has experience leading teams and achieving leading country KPI’s for a Fortune 500 corporation. In recent years, Robin served as Director of Instruction for the largest online golf instruction company in the United States

Through serving in each variation of the golf space and in the corporate space, Robin found his niche: Guiding students and members not only in their game, but in their life practices as well. 

Robin has been able to use the golf course as a platform to help students learn physical and mental skills and apply them to life and business. Over the years, Robin’s performance coaching has served Fortune 100 companies, CEO’s, college players, professional athletes, PGA and LPGA players. He is grateful to come alongside incredible leaders and serve them at a high level.

Robby Emery is a sought-after dynamic speaker known for his unique approach to coaching and team building. With an engaging and inspiring presentation style, Robby offers practical insights that benefit businesses, organizations, and audiences of all backgrounds. He has shared stages with some of the most influential leaders of our time, leaving a lasting impact wherever he speaks.

Robby is a pastor with nearly 25 years of experience serving his local community. His leadership journey extends beyond the pulpit, as he has also served as a special advisor to the Michigan Football team and as the executive assistant to head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Currently in his 10th season, Robby serves as the Director of Character Development for the University of Michigan Football team, where he plays a vital role in instilling integrity, teamwork, and a championship mindset in players and staff. His approach to character development combines faith, family, and football to create a culture of unity and purpose.

In addition to his work with Michigan Football, Robby is a trusted mentor and coach to executives both nationally and internationally. His passion for leadership and personal growth has made him a valued advisor to leaders from various industries.

Robby has been married to Danielle for over 25 years, and together they have three teenage children—Ava, Brie, and Silas. His commitment to his family and community continues to inspire those around him, both on and off the field.
